CEO and Managing Director, Alex Aleksic reflects on the company's significant transformation over the last 9 months, marked by the introduction of a new strategy focused on accelerating revenue growth through ecommerce and market expansion, with a refreshed board and management team now aligned on the strategy to enhance shareholder value and pursue high-margin growth, and a strategic manufacturing agreement to optimise the supply chain and drive profitability. This transformation has resulted in a reduced net loss in FY24 H1 and a 217.4% improvement compared to H2 FY23.

Looking ahead, the company remains committed to further growth, with emphasis on ecommerce, international expansion, and potential mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, a corporate rebranding program is underway to reflect the company's evolution and future direction.
