ASX Announcement OMG GROUP Limited (ASX: OMG)
30 October 2026
Q1 FY27 quarterly activities report: Maiden positive EBITDA as
net sales rise ~59%
Highlights
• Maiden positive quarterly EBITDA of ~$61.5k, marking a key earnings inflection as the Company scales
• Q1 FY27 net sales of ~$1.92m, up ~59% or ~$710k on the prior corresponding period (“PCP”) and ~25%
on Q4 FY26 with ~$552k invested in inventory and supplier deposits to support growth through FY27
• Gross profit of ~$857k, up ~62% on the PCP and growing ahead of sales, at a gross margin of ~45%
• Advertising and marketing payments ~52% lower than the PCP, with growth delivered alongside
disciplined cost management
• Blue Dinosaur relaunched with a new ecommerce website, refreshed packaging and four new Protein +
Fibre bar lines
• ~$1.5m placement cornerstoned by strategic investor Slades Beverages, OMG’s incoming oat milk
manufacturing partner, with a further ~$122k raised under the SPP after quarter end
• Post quarter, full portfolio ranging secured across the Leagues Clubs Australia network of 148 member
clubs, with sales expected from November 2026
• Total available funding of ~$1.98m at quarter end, including cash of ~$1.57m
OMG Group Ltd (ASX: OMG) (“OMG Group” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide the following overview of
activities undertaken during the three-month period ended 30 September 2026 (the “quarter”).
Management commentary:
OMG Group Chief Executive Officer, Alex Aleksic said: “Confirming our first positive EBITDA quarter on final
numbers is an important milestone for OMG. Sales grew almost 60% on the prior year while we reduced marketing
spend. That is the operating leverage we have been building toward, and it shows we can now convert growth into
earnings.
We used the quarter to position the business for that next phase. The inventory and supplier deposits funded during
the period secure matcha at a fixed cost, rebuild Blue Dinosaur stock behind the relaunched range and new Protein
+ Fibre lines, and support production ahead of the PrOATein rollout, and we expect that investment to convert to
sales through FY27. Bringing Slades Beverages onto the register also aligns our oat milk manufacturing partner
directly with our shareholders.
For the remainder of FY27, our focus is on execution: supporting sell-through as the new PrOATein flavours roll out
nationally across Woolworths, converting the Leagues Clubs Australia ranging into recurring club orders, scaling
matcha fulfilment and continuing to grow ecommerce, while maintaining the cost discipline that underpinned this
quarter’s EBITDA result.”
Financial overview:
Maiden positive quarterly EBITDA confirmed
Final management accounts confirm the Company delivered its maiden positive quarterly EBITDA of ~$61.5k during
Q1 FY27 (refer ASX announcement: 1 October 2026), compared with an EBITDA loss of ~$293k in Q1 FY26. The

result marks an important inflection point in the Company’s growth strategy and demonstrates the operating
leverage emerging as OMG scales its multi-brand FMCG platform.
Net sales increased ~59% on the PCP to ~$1.92m, and gross profit grew faster at ~62% to ~$857k, with gross margin
of ~45%. This growth was delivered alongside disciplined cost management, with advertising and marketing
payments ~52% lower than the PCP at ~$157k (Q1 FY26: ~$325k).
Net sales were also up ~25% on Q4 FY26 (~$1.54m). The quarter opened with record July net sales of ~$738k, up
~120% on the PCP, and growth reflected contributions across the Company’s broader portfolio and sales channels,
rather than reliance on any single growth driver.
Operating cash flow
Customer receipts for the quarter were ~$1.94m, up ~66% on the PCP (Q1 FY26: ~$1.17m).
Reported net operating cash outflow of ~($847k) reflects ~$552k of deliberate investment in inventory, packaging
and supplier deposits to support growth through FY27. This included rebuilding Blue Dinosaur stock to full range
levels and launching the new Protein + Fibre range, together with deposits securing matcha supply at a fixed cost
and key raw ingredients. These items are held on the balance sheet and are expected to convert to revenue through
FY27. Adjusting for them, normalised net operating outflow was ~($295k).

Cash and funding position
The Company’s cash balance at 30 September 2026 was ~$1.57m, with total available funding of ~$1.98m, which
includes ~$413k in undrawn facilities under its OptiPay debtor and trade finance and NAB letter of credit
arrangements. During the quarter, the Company received ~$1.32m in placement proceeds (transaction costs
~$62k).
Subsequent to quarter end, the Company received ~$122k under the SPP, with a further ~$150k of director
participation in the placement subject to shareholder approval.
Operational overview:
Blue Dinosaur relaunched with new Protein + Fibre range
During the quarter, OMG completed the relaunch of Blue Dinosaur, comprising refreshed packaging, a new
ecommerce website and the launch of a new Protein + Fibre bar range across four flavours: Choc Pistachio, Coconut
Choc Chip, Peanut Salted Caramel and Strawberry Matcha.
Following the run-down of legacy-branded inventory, stock was rebuilt through August and September, and the
new Protein + Fibre range has seen strong early demand since launch.
Oat Milk Goodness PrOATein national Woolworths rollout
The three new Oat Milk Goodness PrOATein flavours (Matcha & Strawberry, Banana & Peanut Butter and Salted
Caramel) are scheduled to roll out nationally across Woolworths’ 943-store network during Q1 CY27, taking the
PrOATein range to five products stocked nationally. Placement proceeds and raw ingredient deposits made during
the quarter support inventory for the rollout.

info@OMG-Group.com.au | www.OMG-Group.com.au
The new flavours are not exclusive to Woolworths and are also being distributed across grocery, petrol and
convenience channels as part of OMG’s multi-channel strategy.
Matcha platform in commercial fulfilment
Following the arrival of the first shipment of ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha under the exclusive five-year
SANDAI Group supply agreement, landed inventory has been available for commercial fulfilment since August 2026
across the Company’s distribution, food service and ingredient supply channels.
During the quarter, the Company paid a deposit to secure 50,000kg of matcha at a fixed cost, supporting growing
demand while providing cost certainty on future supply.
Full portfolio ranging across Leagues Clubs Australia network
Subsequent to quarter end, OMG secured network-level ranging for its full brand portfolio with Leagues Clubs
Australia (“LCA”), opening a new registered-clubs food service channel across LCA’s 148-member network in NSW
and Queensland. Oat Milk Goodness, Blue Dinosaur, Omura Matcha and Matcha Mode are approved for supply
across the member network, with sales expected to commence from November 2026. The opportunity was
introduced by Executive Chairman Tim Freeburn.
Corporate
$1.5m placement cornerstoned by strategic investor
On 2 September 2026, OMG announced a ~$1.5m placement to sophisticated, professional and institutional
investors at $0.007 per share, cornerstoned by a $350,000 commitment from Slades Beverages. Slades is an
Australian beverage manufacturer and will become OMG’s oat milk manufacturing partner, with the placement
representing its first equity investment in a brand it manufactures. Directors committed to subscribe for ~$150,000
in the placement, subject to shareholder approval.
Alongside the placement, eligible shareholders were offered the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan
(“SPP”) at the placement price, targeting up to $250,000. The SPP closed on 5 October 2026 with valid applications
totalling ~$122k, and 17,428,000 new shares were issued on 13 October 2026 (refer ASX announcement: 9 October
2026).
OMG Group Limited | ACN 616 507 334 | ASX:OMG
info@OMG-Group.com.au | www.OMG-Group.com.au
Funds raised are being applied to securing matcha supply, inventory and launch costs for Omura Matcha and
Matcha Mode, inventory and rollout of the three new PrOATein SKUs, and general working capital. Subject to
shareholder approval, the Company intends to undertake a 10:1 share consolidation following completion of the
SPP.
FY26 results
On 28 August 2026, the Company released its audited FY26 results, reporting revenue of $6.13m, up ~48% on FY25,
gross profit of $2.52m, up ~52%, and a gross margin of ~41%, the highest since inception.
In accordance with Listing Rule 4.7C, payments made to related parties and their associates included in item 6.1 of
the Appendix 4C were $168,000, comprising remuneration and directors’ fees paid to directors.
